At Turkish Lamps, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and authenticity of our handmade lighting. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping, but we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary.
✅ 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
🔁 Returns After 30 Days
We also accept returns up to 60 days after delivery if:
• The product is in good condition and shows no signs of intentional damage
• The item has been used respectfully and is still functioning properly
• You provide a reason for return, such as it no longer fitting your space, changed preference, or minor defects with photo proof
Please note: Returns after 30 days are subject to a partial refund depending on the product’s condition and resale value.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging
• It should be securely packed to avoid damage in transit
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained by emailing us at support@turkishlamps.us
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of abuse or are returned without proper packaging.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
If your return is after 30 days, the refund amount will depend on the condition of the item (typically 50%–80% of the original price).
🚚 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Send photos of the item and packaging to support@turkishlamps.us
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products returned after 60 days of delivery
